As part of the exhibition, D&A Invest welcomed visitors, investors, and industry professionals at its dedicated booth, where the company presented the latest opportunities in the Greek real estate market, with particular focus on the Greek Golden Visa Program and high-potential investment projects across Greece.
One of the highlights of the event was the participation of our legal advisor, Maria Elena Lekka, who was invited as a featured speaker and panel participant during the conference. In her presentation, Maria Elena discussed the key advantages of the Greek Golden Visa Program, the latest trends shaping the Greek real estate market, and the increasing international demand for lifestyle-driven investment opportunities in Greece. She also introduced D&A Invest’s exclusive seafront villa development project in the Peloponnese, presenting it as an example of the new generation of investment products attracting international buyers.
During the panel discussion, Maria Elena answered questions regarding the services offered by D&A Invest and explained how the company supports international investors throughout the entire acquisition process.
A significant part of the discussion focused on the Greek Golden Visa Program itself, which continues to be considered one of the most attractive residency-by-investment programs in Europe.
When discussing the most attractive investment destinations in Greece, Maria Elena pointed to Athens and the Athens Riviera as consistently strong markets due to their liquidity and rental demand. At the same time, she noted the growing interest in coastal regions, lifestyle destinations, and emerging tourism-driven areas across mainland Greece and the islands. According to current market trends, experienced investors are increasingly favoring new development projects over renovation properties because of their lower operational risks, modern construction standards, energy efficiency, and stronger long-term value potential.

Another important topic discussed during the conference was the strong investment potential of the Greek market.
