 Real Estate Investment Company S.A. (AEEAP) which aims to invest exclusively in Greece.

Venture Capital Company (CSR) or Venture Capital Fund (ACP) intending to invest exclusively in Greek-based companies.

• The acquisition value of at least 400,000€ for the Purchase of Greek government bonds
• A time deposit of at least 400,000€ to a domestic credit institution with at least a 1-year duration with a standing renewal order.
• Purchase of at least 400,000€ worth of equity shares, intended to be invested exclusively in Greek government securities, corporate bonds and / or bonds that are listed for trading or traded in regulated markets or multilateral trading mechanisms in Greece.
• Purchase of at least 400,000€ worth of shares in the Alternative Investment Agency (AIF), which is incorporated in Greece or EU Member State and is intended to invest exclusively in real estate in Greece.
• Purchase of shares, corporate bonds and / or bonds of the Greek government at a minimum of EUR 800,000, which are listed for trading or are traded in regulated markets or multilateral trading mechanisms operating in Greece.
